SBS 'Inkigayo' Round-up: Big Bang Wins #1 On The May 24, 2015 Episode

SBS' Inkigayo is back and featured great performances from some of your favorite K-pop stars. Loud fan chants and great stage settings were seen and heard during the May 24 episode.

The stars who made their comeback were SHINee with "View," HISTORY "Might Just Die" for their return, and N.Flying is "Awesome" for their debut.

The nominees for the May 24 episode were Sunggyu, BoA, and Big Bang as they battled for the first place trophy. The winner was Big Bang for their hit single titled "Loser." Congratulations to them.

This being said, here are the performances that were seen during the May 24 episode.

Performances From The May 24 Episode

Big Bang; "Loser"

Big Bang performed their hit single titled "Loser" on the May 24 episode. YG Entertainment's hit male group once again entertained their fans. Big Bang was nominated and won their 10th first place trophy.

INFINITE's Kim Sunggyu; "The Answer"

INFINITE's Kim Sunggyu sang his solo single titled "The Answer" during the May 24 episode. Wearing a white colored suit, Sunggyu looked like an angel who fell from the sky.

Sunggyu did a great job of entertaining the audience; which he had a beautiful stage setting. The song is contained in his album 27

BoA; "Kiss My Lips"

K-pop queen BoA displayed an amazing performance as she said "Kiss My Lips" on the May 24 episode. BoA showcased her amazing voice and entertained the audience.

The single ranks number 12 on the music show's chart this week. BoA was nominated for her other single titled "Who Are You." Both songs are contained in her eighth album Kiss My Lips.

Goodbye Stage: EXID; "Ah Yeah"

EXID had their last performance and said "Ah Yeah" one more time. While the members were performing, they did the 'L' shape; which means their fanclub name 'LEGGO.'

EXID did a great job with promotions. Their fans are going to be expecting another catchy choreography and hit single. EXID's single ranks number six this week.

Lim Kim; "Awoo"

Lim Kim made an appearance and sang her second single titled, "Awoo" on the May 24 episode. Her single ranks number forty on the music show's chart this week.

Lim Kim did a great job as she entertained the audience. Having the little girls come on stage was cute.

BTS; "I Need U"

BTS sang their hit single titled "I Need U" on the May 24 episode. The guys danced with energy and showcased charisma as they entertained their fans. BTS' single ranks number eight on the music show this week.

Fans Worry About IU's Health Condition After Seeing Photos On Instagram

Recently, the songstress uploaded a picture of her standing next to a tarp of herself, which is beside a food truck that was sent to her filming set. Uaena, IU's official fan club name, remarked that her collarbone is somewhat more pronounced than before and her face looked smaller. Also, in the latest photo of her together with Sulli that the latter uploaded through her official Instagram account, the fans noticed that she looked much skinnier than usual and so they expressed their concern over her condition.

X1, ‘Produce X 101’ Project Group, Hits Billboard’s Social 50 and Emerging Artist Charts

Even before their official debut arrives, 11-member K-pop group X1 is already making ripples in the scene! According to Billboard’s weekly charts dated August 13, the project boy band -- with members coming from the Mnet survival show-cum-talent search Produce X 101 -- has taken the No. 6 spot on the music magazine’s Social 50 chart.
