Becky G and Austin Mahone's relationship has been over for weeks now but fans seemed to be having a hard time processing it. Now, some are wondering if Mahone's ex, Fifth Harmony singer Camila Cabello had anything to do with it after he admitted weeks ago that she was her girlfriend.

Just days after the "Dirty Work" singer and the "Break A Sweat" artist parted, he appeared on the Zach Sang & The Gang Show and was talking about his other ex-girlfriend.

"I definitely did date her," he said as quoted by J-14. "I called her my girlfriend, so I guess she was my girlfriend."

It can be remembered that back in April, Mahone only identified his relationship with the "Break A Sweat" singer as his first real one.

"It's crazy, I never had, like, a real relationship before, so it's pretty crazy," he told MTV News then although he dated Camila Cabello before the "Break A Sweat" singer.

The Fifth harmony singer though did not mind the statement and on an interview with Seventeen admitted that Mahone was her first love.

"I don't regret anything," she told Seventeen. "It was my first kiss, my first love. It's important to learn about liking somebody and being swept away, but it wasn't meant to be."

Despite the statement and incident that sent rumors swirling that Camila Cabello may have had something to do with Becky G and Austin Mahone's relationship ending. Neither of the pair addressed it as well. Both though seemed to have stayed good friends and even continue to promote each other's respective works through social media.

On Monday, Mahone even tweeted to invite everyone to grab a copy of Becky's new single "Break A Sweat." Even Mahone's mom endorsed it as well.

Becky G and Austin Mahone's relationship went official just last April. They broke up just months later since both were currently busy with their respective albums. Mahone even admitted to Entertainment Tonight that she will be featured in one of the songs he was working on.
