After a couple of song performances, Psy addressed the audience at his 'Happening' concert in Seoul.

He encouraged the crowd to yell as loud as they possibly can.

Psy then sectioned the crowd off to "practice."  He said if they weren't loud enough he would disregard them for the rest of the show.  Obviously, he recieved a huge response with fans in the audience screaming at the top of their lungs.

Psy's 'Happening' concert is happening live now at the Seoul World Cup Stadium in front of 50,000 fans.
