CNBLUE Bass Player Jung Shin Requests Restaurant Suggestion From 8,000 Fans At Singapore Show: 'Where Is The Chili Crab Best?' He Asks [VIDEO]

When CNBLUE performed a sold out show to over 6,000 fans in Singapore on Saturday, bassist Jung Shin had food on the brain.

"Singapore, we will eat chili crab at the end of the concert," Shin said to the thousands of screaming fans, according to the website Asia One. "Where is the chili crab best?"

The CNBLUE bassist was clearly amused at the cascade of restaurant suggestions that the audience responded with.

"Give me the address," he said.

A popular local dish in Singapore, chilli crab typically consists of mud crab stir-fried in a thick tomato and chili sauce.

According to My Paper, CNBLUE ended up skipping the restaurant, instead opting to chow down on a "tar pau" order of chilli crab at their hotel after the show.

The April 13 performance was first time CNBLUE has ever played in Singapore.

Band members Jung Yong Hwa and Lee Jong Hyun performed a song thanking their fans on the island nation for their enduring support.

"I will remember tonight," Jung Yong Hwa sang as Lee Jong Hyun accompanied him on guitar, according to CJ E&M enewsWorld. "Thank you for waiting. Tonight is very special."

Singapore's CNBLUE fans responded euphorically to the band's set, swaying along with Jung Yong Hwa at the end of "Love" and waving their cellphones in the air for "Love Light."

For the group's last song "Try Again, Smile Again" the fans held up signs saying "we missed you" in Korean.

The day before the concert, at a band press conference at Singapore's Grand Waterfront Copthorne Hotel, Jung Yong Hwa explained what it is that sets his band apart from other K-pop acts.

"We are part of K-pop, but probably our biggest difference and strength is that we are a band," Jung said. "Unlike other K-pop idol groups, which do a lot of dancing, we focus a lot on our music."

Onstage at the Singapore show, Jung pulled out all the stops as the band rumbled through their set.

"My hairstyle okay?" he asked as the sweat poured down.

In addition to "I'm Sorry" and "Lovelight," both songs Jung reportedly wrote for Girls' Generation member Seohyun, the band also played some harder-edged material like "Tatoo."

The next stop on the 2013 CNBLUE World Tour: Blue Moon will be Thailand on May 4, followed by Hong Kong on May 10 and 11.
