EXO Announce Preparations For New Winter Album Release

EXO fans rejoice as it looks like the group is not finished with their 2015 promotions yet.

According to EXO member Suho, the group is currently preparing for a new winter album release. Though it seemed that the group would focus on their concert and debut in Japan for the rest of the year, it looks like EXO-Ls will be getting a second winter-themed album.

During an appearance on Section TV, EXO group member Suho revealed their plans to release a winter album.

"We are currently in preparation for a new winter album and we hope fans will wait patiently for our comeback," said Suho (via Soompi).

EXO began their 2015 promotions with the release of their second studio album "Exodus" in March. The group followed up the successful second album with a new single and album repackage entitled "Love Me Right."

Despite the success of their 2015 comeback, EXO also experienced much controversy early in the year with the departure of Chinese member Tao, and the continued lawsuits with former members Kris and Luhan. Tao exited the group shortly after the release of "Exodus" album single "Call Me Baby," and soon joined Kris and Luhan in a lawsuit against the group's label, SM Entertainment.

Though the lawsuits with former EXO members have yet to be resolved, it would appear that the remaining group members are dedicated to continuing forward together. This was confirmed in an interview by Baekhyun, who contributed alongside Kai and Sehun, to a "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" movie collaboration.

"We hope to stay together and continue on this path. It's a simple but important goal," said Baekhyun.

With renewed dedication, EXO fans can certainly look forward to yet another album release before the years end.
