Last chapter, the winner of the Barro vs. Kyouraku and Nanao battle was finally decided and it was the latter duo that got the victory. The power of the Hakkyouken was finally revealed and turns out, it can reflect any attacks from a god-like entity.

Next chapter, it might be the time for captain Kyouraku to bid farewell after receiving fatal injuries in his fight against Barro. Here is Henry Ma of Kaleo.org's prediction for "Bleach" chapter 654.

"The next chapter of 'Bleach' will likely continue to the aftermath of Lille Barro's defeat, as we get closure from Kyouraku about his connection with Nanao. As for Kyouraku's fate, I would like to believe that he might die in the next chapter because of the many death flags raised prior to this chapter," Ma wrote.

"With him going on about protecting Nanao one last time, it certainly seems like Tite Kubo was readying us for his death. Who really knows, as "Bleach" has a way of bringing people back from the brinks of death even after they have seemingly given their dying speech like Byakuya Kuchiki."
