Despite the cold weather, top idol groups rolled out some hot fashion at the MAMA 2015 red carpet. Let's see what the trend was this year!

EXO

The group surprised fans instantly when they stepped onto the red carpet decked in holiday attire. The members went for both the classy and playful theme as half the group sported chic turtlenecks and debonaire overcoats while the others were in patterned Christmas sweaters.

Seventeen

The 13 boys were more than stylish for their red carpet performance. Clad in sleek black tuxedos complete with dapper bow-ties, Seventeen not only swooned with their R&B remixed "Adore U" performance but their attire as well.

HyunA

The 4Minute femme fatale stood out the most on the red carpet where a stunning yellow cocktail dress and thigh-high black leather boots. The dress feature a semi-halter style further showing off her S-line.

SHINee

The quintet hit the MAMA red carpet decked in stylish overcoats layered on top of their own signature vest. SHINee’s go-to “fashionisto” Key stood out among the rest donning a loose fitting all brown outfit with a charcoal black overcoat and topped off with a brown sun hat.

GOT7

The looks for each GOT7 member varied for their red carpet appearance. While a majority of members went for the rugged yet playful street wear, fans noted how dapper both Jackson and Junior looked like Hollywood stars.

BTS

One of MAMA’s most highly anticipated groups, BTS, entered the red carpet ready to knock fans off their feet in their attire. Ranging from dark gray to black, the BTS boys each sport blazer suit while adding a number of accessories for more charm. This included quite a number of neck jewelry pieces as well. On top of their outfits, each member as well had their own hair color with no two seeming the same.

Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon

Taeyeon put the red carpet to shame when she stepped out of the van looking gorgeous in her red gown. The dress featured a lace like material flowing all the way down with a silk belt in the middle. The vocalist had her blonde locks neatly pulled back into a bun with subtle bangs for an innocent yet classic look.

iKON

Having been their first group attendance at the MAMA’s, the rookie group, iKON, made sure to come dressed to impress. The boys went for an all black and white theme among the members with gel sleeked hair. Despite the theme, the member did each have their own flare going with different shades of black from charcoal to jet.

MONSTA X

Of the many groups that graced the red carpet, Monsta X seemed to be the most coordinated among its members. Each member donned a red shirt or blouse with a sleek black blazed dressed on top with matching slacks giving a strong and unified look. A majority of Monsta X as well let their bangs flow free with the exception of two members.

F(X)

The red carpet didn’t stop the ladies of f(x) from rocking their unique and funky chic style having all went for a different theme. In attendance were Krystal, Luna, and Amber with their own representative styles. Luna’s dress had a wide strip of red going down her dress separating her from the all black look of her fellow members.

Overall, black seemed to be quite the trend at this years MAMA red carpet. However the trend was broken once he the idols brought out their unique color during their respective stage performances. If you haven't had a chance to watch the 2015 MAMA, make sure you check it out!
