Next chapter, the conclusion of Zeref and Natsu's battle will finally be revealed. But first, here's a quick recap on what happened in the last chapter courtesy of "Fairy Tail" wikia.

"Zeref's army and Happy back away from the battlefield as the battle between Natsu and Zeref begins, the Dragon Slayer able to evenly trade blows with the Black Mage due to the last vestiges of Igneel's power in the former's body. Realizing that Natsu might actually be able to kill him, Zeref silently thanks his benefactors who allowed this day to dawn as Natsu moves in for the finishing blow."

Did Natsu really put an end to Zeref's life? Many seriously doubt that is the case as Zeref is simply too powerful to be disposed of that easily. Fans over at Reddit shared their predictions for "Fairy Tai" 465.

For user Emperor_Spriggan, he believes the next chapters will be a flashback of 400 years ago.

"Personally i think it's too early for Zeref to die, Mavis has to be there when he dies so that my OTP lives on in the after-life," the user wrote. "so what i think will happen, the chapter will start with a flashback from 400 years ago and the flashback will span two chapters, i don't think we'll see any current events."

Meanwhile, FTDragon believes fans will see the Red-Eye Zeref once again that was seen on Tenrou Island. Also, more about Anna will be unveiled.

"Zeref is fine imo as he also got rekt by Ultear on tenrou when he was in a similar mindset.When the dust clears, we probably see red eyes Zeref," the user wrote.
