Synopsis/Recap:

This week's episode of "Dragon Ball Super" begins with Tagoma landing in front of Piccolo and promising to defeat him in three minutes. Piccolo powers up and launches an attack but it doesn't work. Instead, Piccolo is forced to lose an arm and grow it back. Gohan saves from a more dangerous blow.

Suddenly, just as Tagoma is boasting, Gotenks shows up and head-butts Tagoma. Bulma tries to tell Gotenks to go home. Trunks and Goten split apart just as the moment they're going to attempt to fight Freeza.

While on the ground, Tagoma and a frog that has been hopping around exchange bodies. Ginyu is now inside Tagoma's body. Ginyu tells the story of how he attempted to change bodies with Vegeta but was thwarted by Goku throwing a frog in the way. Ginyu managed to get to earth because of the dragon ball wish to move everyone from Namek to Earth except Freeza and Goku.

The fight with Ginyu begins and it's a bad start for Earth's heroes. Gohan declares he'll try to hold off Ginyu while Bulma attempts to contact Whis again. Goku and Vegeta remain unreachable, as they've now been placed in something like a Hyperbolic Chamber to train to fight against Beerus.

Gohan powers up to Super-Saiyan, but he continues to be no match for Freeza. Freeza continues to attack him, shooting several holes into his body. Freeza tries to deliver a finishing blow against Gohan, but Piccolo steps in the way of it. He falls to the ground, seemingly dead.
