"Destiny" Xur is back at the Tower and for gamers aiming to gear up and upgrade their arsenal, this is the perfect time to do so. With enough Strange Coins and Mote of Light, gamers can grab one of Xur's premium items.

This week, "Destiny" Xur is selling Insurmountable Skullfort, Achlyophage Symbiote,  Heart of the Praxic Fire and an auto rifle weapon, Hard Light. For gamers thinking if they should purchase Hard Light auto rifle, here's what VG247's "Destiny" expert Alex analysis on the powerful gun.

"I'd say buy it only if you want to complete your collection. The impact isn't great, which is why I refer to it as the 'Pea Shooter', even after auto rifled got a buff," Alex wrote.

"The late perk that allows bullets to ricochet could be useful in confined spaces, but it's very situational, and you'll hardly make use of it in most case. Add to this the fact that it doesn't carry any elemental damage, and you'd be hard pressed to give up your Exotic slot for it."

Alex further added that the weapon is somehow useful in the Crucible, but there are other better choices. His final verdict, Hard Light is something that should be added in a gamer's collection, not as their main weapon.
