Synopsis/Recap:

The second "One Punch Man" OVA begins with a story about Genos. Genos comes across a group of mobsters who won't return his key unless he talks. The mobster tells Genos the key must be very important to him. Genos agrees then recalls a time when he visited a bath house with Saitama.

At the bath house, Saitama mentions that he doesn't understand why people say "ahh" when they enter the hot water. After trying different things, Saitama realizes that "fa" also works, but then Genos corrects his pronunciation based on his cyborg hearing of notes. After the bath, Saitama gets into a massage chair and hands the house key to Genos. He tells him it's extremely important and that he should be careful.

In the present, Genos tells the story of how he got the key to the mob boss. Genos tries to reason with the mob boss, mentioning that family must be important to him in the way that Saitama is important. The mob boss asks for more information.

Genos flashes back to after the bath house trip with Saitama, where Saitama then notices a sale for hot pot ingredients. But the sales are at different stores, so Saitama and Genos split up to collect the various ingredients. But in the middle of shopping, Genos realizes that there's a monster threat away from the super market. Genos winds up being two seconds late to the sale and can't get the ingredients.

Genos went to the second sale, found the store was closed, because of Don Pacino, the mob boss. Don Pacino takes the key from Genos at that point and thus after the long story, Genos has proved he has nothing to do with the grocery store owner they caught him with.

It appears that Genos thought they took the key as vigilantes, but then realizes they are actually evil. Genos blasts them and takes care of the key. Genos gets home and tells Saitama the story, ashamed that he couldn't get the sale meat.

Luckily for Saitama however, Genos buys more expensive meat on the way home.
