Country singer Jana Kramer is up for female vocalist of the year in the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards, but that's not her biggest news. Kramer and her husband, a 28-year-old former NFL tight-end Michael Caussin, welcomed their first child, a daughter they named Jolie Rae Caussin on Sunday, Jan. 31 in Nashville.

"Welcome to the world our sweet princess Jolie Rae Caussin. Momma and daddy love you so much," the 32-year-old actress-turned-singer announced on Instagram.

Kramer was tweeting and sharing pics using the #mylastFridaypregnant hashtag almost up to Jolie's due date.

Jolie Rae entered the world at 4:01PM in Nashville, weighing just over seven pounds and measuring 19 1/2 inches.

"Words can't even begin to describe how much happiness I'm feeling right now," Jana Kramer told People magazine.

"Holding my healthy and beautiful baby girl in my arms is something that's truly indescribable. Michael (Caussin) and I are so thankful for this wonderful blessing!"

"What a whirlwind of great surprises and wonderful news," Kramer said in a statement. "I'm overwhelmed with joy after welcoming my beautiful baby girl into the world AND finding out I've been nominated for an ACM Award!"

"After losing some food, I was in the bathroom crying," Kramer told radio station K92.3 in Orlando, Fla.. "I'm like, 'I don't want to be pregnant anymore.'"

"I wasn't sure how I'd look as I got bigger, but pregnancy makes me feel so pretty," Kramer told Fit Pregnancy and Baby magazine in the months leading up to the due date. "Michael says he's put on eight pounds of sympathy weight, but I think it's more like ten."

Kramer announced her pregnancy in August in the middle of promoting her sophomore album.

"The hardest part has been performing. I have a barf bag on stage and usually am able to get through the concert, but after every show, my sweet assistant Brittni holds my hair as I puke," she told PEOPLE.com

Kramer and Caussin  have been together since the summer of 2014. They were married in May.

Kramer is best known for playing Alex Dupre on The WB/CW series One Tree Hill, and also appeared on Friday Night Lights, 90210 and Entourage.

Kramer released her second studio album, Thirty One, during her pregnancy, and will soon embark on an accompanying tour. Kramer has said she plans to be back on the road six weeks from now.
