SHINee's Taemin Shows Off His Dance Skills In 'Drip Drop' Performance Music Video

It's not uncommon for K-pop idols to be good at both singing and dancing. In fact, it's pretty much required to do both.

But as any good K-pop fan knows, there's a difference between being a good dancer and then being known to be a good dancer.

One of those "known to be a good dancer" K-pop idols is SHINee's Taemin, who has officially begun his solo comeback with the release of his "Drip Drop" performance music video. The video, available to view below, features Taemin showing off his impeccable dance skills in the backdrop of a desert.

As one would guess, fans are responding to the new music video with praise for Taemin's dancing ability.

"What I am going to say though is that THIS MAN CAN DANCE. Do you see how fluid he is? How sharp and powerful each move is without taking away from how god damn smooth he is? No? It's probably because he's moving too fast. Each time I watch this MV, I catch something new. This choreo is absolutely insane. Taemin is insane," said HappyTofu on YouTube.

Another fan pointed out that the sheer difficulty of the choreography was evidence of Taemin's skills.

"This dance has no chill. It would break my joints or I'd die if I danced this for even one minute," said Me Twinx.

"Drip Drop" is the pre-release single for Taemin's upcoming solo 10 track album entitled "Press It." The title track for the album is "Press Your Number," which is produced Bruno Mars and the Stereotypes.

According to reports, Taemin will begin his music show performances for his new songs on Feb. 25 with an appearance on "M!Countdown." Taemin will then follow-up with appearances on "Music Bank," "Music Core" and "Inkigayo."

"Press It" will be released on Feb. 23.
