Red Velvet has begun teasing their comeback by releasing photos of the youngest and oldest members, Yeri and Irene.

Dressed in a light pink dress almost blending in with her hair, Yeri is seen looking at the camera giving off a dramatic look. At the bottom of the photo sits a caption that says, "Coming Soon."

The first teaser image was uploaded on Red Velvet's official website, while the second one was uploaded in parts on the group's official Instagram account. The images coincide with the one-year anniversary of Yeri joining the group.

With the latest teaser for Irene, released on March 10, SM Entertainment has confirmed that the group will comeback on Mar. 16 with a mini-album.

The group has already finished filming the music video for the title track and are working hard to complete the album within March.

According to Korean news outlet Dispatch, the title of the album will be The Velvet and will show a different, smoother side of the group that wasn't shown much in their previous album, The Red.
