VIXX To Return With New Album In April

By Kevin Fox | March 17, 2016 02:53 PM EDT

Boy group VIXX has announced that they will comeback on April 19 with a new album.

According to Korean media outlet Daily Sports, Vixx is currently in the final stages of preparing the album and will begin filming the music video soon.

Although the six members of VIXX have been active in solo activities for the past year, they have come back together for their upcoming comeback.

An insider at VIXX's agency commented on the group's comeback, confidently stating, "They will deliver beyond your expectations."

"VIXX has drawn attention from the public not only for their music, but for their performances and fashion as well," the insider continued. "We will make sure that VIXX's album captures both the eyes and ears of the public."

Jellyfish Entertainment has confirmed that the music video will be filmed soon, but has not revealed what the concept will be. VIXX are well-known for their unique, dark concepts, which have included vampires, voodoo dolls, cyborgs, and love slaves, so it is likely they will choose a concept in a similar vein with their other releases.

VIXX's previous Korean album, "Chained Up," was released on Nov. 10, nearly six months ago.
