Kylie Jenner's employees have described the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star's factory as a "sweatshop." Plus, there have also been comments that the laboratory proved to be an "unclean work environment."

According to Huffington Post, employees makeup factory Spatz Laboratories, where Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits are developed, complained about their horrible working conditions. The employees took to career site Indeed.com to vent their concerns.

"The pay is very minimal for the amount of work that is requested with no benefits and a long term of achieving until you are even reconsidered to be an actual part of the company," a former employee wrote. "[Too] many alpha female workers in the building would require much envy to one another which made the work environment very uncomfortable."

A former production worker also revealed that they were made to do early morning shifts and long hours. Apparently, there were no benefits and the turnover rate was high.

Pop Crush reported that Kylie Jenner has not made any comments on the claims regarding her Lip Kit factory. Spatz Laboratories denied the allegations, though.

Radar Online added that it was able to find out FDA inspection records of the company revealing that they were cited for several issues at their Oxnard facility in 2006. The issues were believed to have been resolved.
