The summer sirens of SISTAR are returning this month! On June 2, SISTAR dropped a teaser image on their official Facebook page teasing their 4th mini album release.

The teaser did not divulge much details aside from the June 2016 release period, but it did not stop a flood of fan speculations on their comeback concept, ranging from geishas to maidens in love.

"What if SISTAR come back with old folk songs (joke)," "This is so hypeee like geishas or queens from Korea," and "Wow that cover is so cool! With traditional chinese character 'ai' = love."

K-pop fans have come to expect fantastic summer comebacks from SISTAR, as the group has had a string of hits during this season in past years.

The foursome released "SHAKE IT" in the summer of 2015, with the MV accumulating more than 34 million views so far, and the song becoming an initial nominee for Song of the Year at the Mnet Asian Music Award.

In the summer of 2014, meanwhile, SISTAR also let loose "TOUCH MY BODY," which was a finalist nominee for Song of the Year at the Mnet Asian Music Award.

SISTAR will be facing off against popular boy band EXO in June and rival girl group EXID, among other acts.
