One of Korea's top audition programs, SBS 'Kpop Star,' is holding Season 6 auditions in the U.S.

'Kpop Star' is an opportunity for individuals talented in singing, dancing, or playing instruments to compete on a global stage and be judged by representatives from YG Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, and Antenna (Yoo Hee Yeol).

The winner will receive 300 million Won and the opportunity to release an album with one of the judge's agencies (YG, JYP, Antenna).

Auditions will be held in New York, Los Angeles, Boston, San Francisco, and Seattle. SubKulture Entertainment, organizer of GOT7's "Fly in USA" tour, is partnering with the program for the West Coast auditions (LA, SF, Seattle). 

Auditions will be held in Los Angeles on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at the LINE Hotel, in San Francisco on September 10 at the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel, and in Seattle on September 10 at Impact Hub Seattle.

Previous participants include Bernard Park (JYP Entertainment), Sam Kim (Antenna), and Katie Kim (YG Entertainment).
