One hundred lucky fans were able to participate in PRISTIN's first ever fan signing event. PRISTIN is Pledis Entertainment's latest and hottest girl group.

According to All Kpop, the fan signing event was held on Saturday, March 25 at the Seoul Yeouido IFC Mall. More fans were also waiting for PRISTIN's open fan meeting at the mall.

PRISTIN also performed some of their songs in the fan signing event. The girl group performed "WEE WOO", the carrier single for the album "Hi! Pristin".

"PRISTIN" is a combination of the words "prismatic" and "elastin". According to PRISTIN members themselves in a V Live interview, their group name means "bright and clear infinite strength", a strong name for a girl group.

PRISTIN also made their debut showcase on Wednesday, March 22. According to Soompi, the girls were received warmly by the fans at the venue.

PRISTIN's Yehana stated ahead of the Q&A session that she looks forward for the group's future activities. Member Roa also expressed how they have worked hard for "Hi! Pristin" and hoped that everyone enjoys the album.

During PRISTIN's debut session, Eunwoo revealed that her co-members considered her as the best ballad singer in the group. This was proved at the event when she awed everyone singing live.

PRISTIN's Rena was thankful for the K-pop community's interest in the group. She was humble enough to say that while their presence was known because of their seniors "IOI" and "After School", everyone recognized PRISTIN because of their efforts to contribute to their album.

PRISTIN's Xiyeon revealed that she spent 9 years of her life as a trainee in the group. "... I'm very happy and proud. I will never be able to forget this day," said Xiyeon.

Lastly, PRISTIN's Kyla is the group's youngest member. However, she described herself as already mature enough and showed off her low voice tone performing the rap part of their song "Running".
