The list of nominees for this year's Baeksang Awards has come out and the competition for the top categories seem to be stacked with superstars and rising stars. Among the most prominent contenders are Park Shin Hye, Ji Chang Wook, Park Bo Gum and Park Bo Young .

According to a report by Soompi, the 53^rd Baeksang Art Awards which will be given on May 3 has already released the full list of nominees in the acting and drama categories. Among the nominees for the best drama include MBC's fantasy "W: Two Worlds",  KBS 2's historical romance "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds", SBS's medical romance "Romantic Doctor Kim", tVN's top rater "Goblin: The Great and Lonely God," and another entry by tvN "Dear My Friends."

For the entertainment program category of the Baeksang Awards, MBC received a nod with their "I Live Alone." Also nominated were SBS's "My Ugly Duckling," Mnet's "Show Me The Money," and JTBC's "Ask Us Anything."

The Best Actor category for the Baeksang Awards  is bound to be an interesting contest among Gong Yoo for "Goblin, and Namgoong Min for "Chief Kim". Park Bo Gum was also nominated for  "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" with  Jo Jong Suk for "Jealousy Incarnate" and Han Suk Kyu  for "Romantic Doctor Kim rounding up the list of nominees.

The Best Actress category is equally stacked with Park Shin Hye leading the charge for "Doctors." Kim Go Eun was also nominated for "Goblin," and Kim Ha Neul received nods for "On the Way to the Airport" while "Another Oh Ha Young" actress Seo Hyun Jin and "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" were also recognized with nominations for their hit shows by the Baeksang Awards committee.

For best new actor in a drama in the Baeksang Awards, Gong Myung for "Drinking  Solo", Kim Min Suk for "Doctors", Ji Soo for "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon", and Jinyoung  for "Moonlight Drawn By Clouds"  received acting nominations. Their counterparts for the best new actress category include Kang Han Na for "Scarlet Heart Ryeo", Gong Seung Yeon for "Master: God of Noodles", Nana for "The Good Wife", Minah  for "Dear Fairy Lady Kong Shim" and Lee Se Young  for "Laurel Tree Tailors" rounded up the list of nominations.

Meanwhile, Ji Chang Wook may not have gotten a nomination for his drama "The K2" but he got a nomination for Best New Actor in a movie category for his first film "Fabricated City", according to fan site JCK's Kitchen. He is pitted against Do Kyung Soo  for "My Annoying Brother", Ryu Jun Yeol for "The King", Woo Do Hwan for "Master", and Han Jae Young for "New Trial".
