After leaving WINNER, things have not always been smooth sailing for singer Nam Tae Hyun. Netizens and anti-fans are now being taken to court as Nam Tae Hyun has finally taken legal action against them for filing reports and harassing him with hate comments.

Back in March, it was reported that Nam Tae Hyun had received a phone call from the police stating that netizens and fans had sent in reports to the police with malicious comments and rumors about him. On March 14, Nam Tae Hyun took to his personal Instagram and Tumblr and left the following message in regards to the matter.

"First, I apologize and express my thanks to my fans who worry about me. In terms of this matter (about the malicious comments, rumor spreading, and defamation), I've decided to withdraw [the charges]. However, reports and screen captures from fans are still being collected." 

Now, after all this time, Nam Tae Hyun stated on his Instagram August 22, "I have collected all of the malicious comments and I will soon be taking legal action. Regardless of age, gender, and without reason. If you have time [to do this], then use it for a time of self-development. Or it's fine if you just live like this your whole lives."  The comments are now being prepared to be sent for further investigation.
