EXO-K & EXO-M Collaborate Without Member Lay?

By Chaeil | September 27, 2017 08:16 PM EDT

Fans of EXO were not too happy to find out that the two groups EXO-K and EXO-M are coming together on 'SuperStar SM' without their successful Chinese member Lay.

For those who don't know, 'SuperStar SM' is the latest tap-tap rhythm game from SM Entertainment, alongside the other popular releases of entertainment companies entering the gaming world with apps such as "BEATEvo YG', 'Everysing' and more. The groups' songs were recently recorded and uploaded to the app's selections, but fans quickly noticed Lay's vocals were missing.

Fans quickly argued as to why Lay didn't appear in the recording for "Ko Ko Bop," and "Power" since he was originally a part of the lineup for the songs. However, other fans were quick to defend the app's arrangement saying Lay has been so occupied with his overseas schedules and solo comeback that it makes sense as to why he was not included. One fan stated, "Since Lay has not been actively performing on stage with the others, why would he appear in the app too?"

Is this something for fans to worry about or simply a set up for the game? Share your thoughts with us in the comments below.
