Music has always been an important, fundamental part of any education but K-Pop appears to be making it even better in Korea! Fans recently noticed ap assage including the notes and lyrics to TWICE's "Cheer Up" in their textbooks and couldn't be any more cheerful!

The passage includes information on the history of music and the changes it has experienced over the past few decades. It continues to show the lyrics and notes of TWICE's "Cheer Up" compared to old hit boy group H.O.T's "Candy." Both songs were viral during their time and had a unique hook that was catchy and vibrant. 

The passage stated, "Listen to the two K-Pop songs above by watching their music video, and compare the songs' characteristics and differences."  Upon seeing the text, international fans commented saying, "Why is everything about K-Pop in Korea? It's the coolest thing" and "Can I go to this school?" Korean fans also had their own response for the unique passage.

"When I was a student there was no such thing as K-Pop, this is so interesting," "When I was a student there was nothing like that, there was [an independence song] in mine," and "When I was a student we only had the national anthem..ㅋㅋㅋ" Korean fans who are familiar with H.O.T also praised the girl group for being categorized alongside such a powerful and influential group of an old era.
