Sad news was relayed over the weekend which confirmed the passing of rising Korean model and DJ Lee Ui Soo. The tragic death was reported to be a suicide but what were the reasons behind the famous model's cruel ending?

The young, hard-working Lee Ui Soo was only 22 when he died. While his modeling career launched him into success, he started work as a DJ as well according to his family. It was confirmed that he commit suicide on October 7th, leaving behind no clue or reason as to why he did it. The method of his suicide has yet to be revealed as well.

His agency stated, "We express our grief and condolences for this sudden news. We are still in shock. It is true that he took his own life, but we are still working to find out the details. The family has expressed their desire to carry out his funeral quietly as a family. Please pray that he rests in peace." His family also spoke to the press about the matter.

According to various outlets and sources, Lee Ui Soo's brother stated, "Tomorrow, October 8, at 2 p.m. we will receive the paperwork at the Seoul Yongsan Police Office, then will lay his casket at the funeral home where we will spend one last day by his side praying with our pastor and visiting with friends." He further stated, "My only brother, Lee Ui Soo, passed away... I thought he was living and working hard through his modeling and DJing career...he must have been going through very difficult times for him to make such a decision."
