WINNER Builds Up Anticipation for New Mini Album with a Series of Teasers

Four-piece boy group WINNER is dropping their newest mini album "WE" on May 15 and building much anticipation for the said release is a series of teasers that spell out aesthetics at its finest.

Through their agency YG Entertainment, the K-pop outfit dropped a teaser -- with their logo in white sharply contrasted by its black background -- last May 1. This signaled the series of uploads teasing and revealing more details about their much-awaited comeback.

Their last musical offering was their single "Millions," which dominated various charts upon its launch last December 2018.
Two days after, WINNER -- composed of Seungyoon, Jinwoo, Seunghoon, and Mino -- finally dropped the group's official comeback date through a black-and-white, 3D-themed concept photo.

Leveling up the anticipation game, the quartet filled their Instagram accounts with another series of black-and-white uploads highlighting their logo, as well as different shots of the boys' stunning physique.

Just last Wednesday, WINNER yet again dropped another teaser -- this time, showing their handsome visuals. It also bore the title of their upcoming EP, "WE." Their brand-new offering will be symbolic of the group's renewed synergy, a creative amalgamation of the boys' rather distinctive personalities.

According to the group, "WE" will be available in four versions namely white, black, silver, and blue. Each mini album also contains a postcard, a Polaroid, a pair of photo cards, a double-sided poster, and a 72-page photo book.

While the digital version of the EP will be available starting May 15, the abovementioned physical version will only be released on the 17th.

On May 18, the K-pop stars are set to appear in a fan signing event at Yeouido. A total of 110 lucky fans will be able to take part in the even -- 10 selected by their agency, and 100 coming from those who pre-ordered their sophomore EP via Hottracks.

WINNER has recently wrapped up their "Everywhere" tour, which kicked off in August of last year. The concert series brought them to key cities in Japan, as well as in Hong Kong, Manila, Singapore, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur.

The tour's North American leg included stops in Seattle, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, and New York.
