New K-Pop group LALARY has made its official debut with the self-titled track "Lalary."

The rookie group dropped the music video for their debut single through one of the Lalary members' official YouTube account. In the description of the video is a warning, informing the viewers that the MV includes fast flashing images that may bring discomfort and start seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

Also written in the description section of the MV are the official Instagram accounts of LALARY members. As of August 31, the music video for "Lalary" has reached more than 55 thousand views already. In addition, the group is getting positive feedback from the public. Some of the comments say, "I'm totally stanning this group. They are very unique and fun," "They are pretty, got nice vocals, and can dance!" and lots more.

The group got its name from the play on the Korean term "nalrari," which means "youth who play but do it well." As for LALARY, they don't look at life as a cycle, but view it as their runway.

LALARY is the first-ever K-pop group to have a gay member, which is Eddie. He is the first openly gay member in the K-pop industry, and the most famous among the members. Eddie is known as a former contestant and is part of the performance team in the 2018 MBC reality survival program, called "Under Nineteen." However, he was eliminated from the show in the 6th episode.

On March 3 this year, 2019, LALARY was first unveiled through Eddie's Instagram account with a post that has a link to the group's official Instagram account. Two days after the members were introduced one by one, through uploading photos on the group account, starting with Susie, then Eddie, next is Hope, Sabrina, Jinny, and lastly Canaco.

On March 16, LALARY opened a Kickstarter project to fund their debut. Thankfully, the group earned more than what they aimed for. On July 16, the final member, Soorim, was added to the group lineup.

Earlier this month, LALARY released their first group teaser photo together with their debut schedule. Between the 9th and 19th of August, the individual teaser images for each member were publicized, along with the MV teaser.
