KARD Confirmed Filming A New Music Video, To Make A Return Soon

The group is said to be filming a new music video in Gyeonggi Province and are presently wrapping up their preparations for their upcoming comeback that will be unveiled by the end of this month.

Meanwhile, KARD is gearing up for their U.S. tour in October, titled 2019 WILD KARD Tour. The band will kick off their concert series in Los Angeles' La Mirada Theatre on October 18, then at the Theatre of Living Arts in Philadelphia on October 20. Next, they will hold a show in Houston's Cullen Performance Hall on October 23, and on October 25 in Chicago. They will wrap up their tour after holding a dynamic concert in Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta on October 27.

Now, fans are on the edge of their seats and are ecstatic towards the quartet's approaching tour and the new concept that their forthcoming return has to offer. KARD - comprised of Somin, BM, Jiwoo, and J.Seph - debuted in 2017 and has since exuded talent and fresh group concept for being co-ed.

As a matter of fact, they recently received recognition in the Korea-China Management Awards, a yearly event held by the International Marketing Organization to give accolades to the attainments of various business industries. The quartet won the 2019 Asia Rising Star Award and immediately took to their Twitter page to express their gratitude to their supporters.

"Today KARD won Asia Rising Star Award at the 2019 Korea-China Management Awards. We will work hard so that we become an even bigger star," the group stated.

In other news, the co-ed band's company, DSP Media, made a statement last June against malicious and maligning remarks targeted to its artists. An excerpt from the letter reads:

"When fans deliberately crossed the line, we thought of it as a form of affection towards the artist and a power trip to try and get their attention. We have also absorbed the criticism targeted at us when our employees try to stop this unreasonable behavior. But recently our artists have been attacked online through crude and vulgar language, slander, and accusations of incidents without any proof. We recognize the severity of the situation and have been collecting evidence for many months. We have hired a legal representative and are preparing to take legal action."

The agency also advised fans to directly submit reports of such cases to their email address
