Group BTS has been nominated for three categories at the American Music Awards which is the famous music awards event in the United States. 

On 24th, The American Music Awards officially announced the music award nominations for the 2019 awards on its official homepage and SNS channel. In the list of candidates, BTS has been nominated in the 'Pop/Rock' genre, 'Favorite Duo/Group', 'Tour of the Year' and 'Favorite Social Artist' for three categories.

With this, BTS has been kept to the American Music Awards for three years. BTS performed at the highlights of the 2017 awards, and last year, they were awarded 'the Favorite Social Artist Award', as the first Korean group. The American Music Awards is the most influential event, and one of the biggest music awards in the United States with Billboard Music Awards and Grammy Music Awards.

The awards of this year's ceremony will be held on November 24 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on ABC.BTS will hold the concert, 'LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF [THE FINAL]' at the Jamsil Olympic Main Stadium in Seoul for three days on 26th, 27th, and 29th, and will close the tour  'LOVE YOURSELF'.
