On the afternoon of November 13th, Wednesday, the prosecution has sentenced former FT member Choi Jong-hoon 5 years imprisonment, while former Korean singer/songwriter Jung Joon-young faces 7. Both of them are forbidden to be with or work around minors for 10 years.

Last June 13, Mr. Jung and Mr. Choi were charged at the 29th Seoul Central District Court's criminal agreement hearing with mass raping and illegal filming and distribution of violent sex videos.

The prosecution also said, "We have taken into account the sins of Mr. Jung and the disagreements he had with the victims." Joon-young was accused of sharing 11 images of sex videos or photos in KakaoTalk group rooms that appear to have been taken without the consent of the victims from 2015 to 2016.

In addition, Jung Joon-young and Choi Jong-hoon were also accused of special rape because they admitted that they tried raping women together. Jung Joon-young and Choi Jong-hoon were arrested in January 2016 on charges of sexually assaulting drunk women in Hongcheon, Gangwon-do and in Daegu.
