Last October, the duo's label confirmed that Davichi would return with a new digital single on November 19. However, on November 14, duo Davichi informed the fans about the postponement of their nearing comeback. They will be moving their comeback date to December!

The artists took to their official SNS account to announce the news today. They stated, "The release date for the new song "Dear My Longtime Lover" has been moved from November 19 to December 3. We ended up with this inevitable decision in order to wholly complete the creation of the new album. So, we ask for fans' understanding."

Davichi's "Dear My Longtime Lover" will be a continuation of their previous love song "Unspoken Words," which was out in May this year. That means the duo will be back after almost seven months with a new song that embodies their trademark style and emotion.

Prior to their comeback as a duo, the two idols have been accomplishing their individual activities. Last February 27, Kang Min Kyung was able to make her solo debut after eleven years of being in the music industry. She launched her first solo album called "Kang Min Kyung 1st." It was revealed that the female artist has partaken in the creation and the writing of all the songs for her album.

Apart from her solo debut, Kang Min Kyung is also an actress who appeared in various Korean dramas such as Smile, Mom in 2010, Vampire Idol in 2011, Haeundae Lovers in 2012, and The Dearest Lady in 2015.

Lee Hae Ri, on the other hand, established herself as a solo artist in April 2017 with her first extended play called "h." She is also a musical actress who has been participating in various stage musicals like "Tears of Heaven" in 2011, "Mozart I'opera rock" in 2012, and "Hero" in 2014. She also worked with several singers like Yangpa, The SeeYa, and Kim Jin Ho and released collaboration songs. Lee Hae Ri even guested on different television shows like Immortal Songs 2 and King of Mask Singer.

Davichi debuted in February 2008 with their studio album called "Amaranth." Months after, the duo quickly earned the "Best New Artist" awards at different music awarding events.

Meanwhile, Davichi will have a year-end concert that will take place from December 13 to 15. It will be called "2019 DAVICHI CONCERT."
