SEVENTEEN recently received two trophies at the Asian Music Festival 2019!

The Asian Music Festival 2019 was held in Shenzhen, China, and two members from the thirteen-piece group SEVENTEEN attended the event, particularly the two Chinese members Wen Junhui (Jun) and Xu Ming Hao (The8).

At the ceremony, the boy band was able to take home the awards for the "Album of the Year" and "Asia's Group of the Year." SEVENTEEN got the first recognition with their most recent studio album titled "An Ode," which was released last September of this year. Up to this day, "An Ode" is the group's best-selling album with a total sales of 700 thousand copies only a week after it was launched.

To express their gratitude, the two SEVENTEEN members posted shots of themselves holding the trophies on the group's official Twitter account. They also included a short message that says, "We are so grateful to be able to attain such significant awards. Carats (SEVENTEEN's fans), who are always with SEVENTEEN, thank you, and let's keep on being together always!"

The group has also won "Album of the Year" and the "Asia's Group of the Year." Previously, Naver's V Live had its very first awarding ceremony called "V HEARTBEAT." The event took place at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, where many K-Pop groups were present, including SEVENTEEN, GOT7, Stray Kids, TXT, ITZY, MAMAMOO, and many more.

At the V HEARTBEAT, SEVENTEEN was able to snag one trophy: V Live Global Artist Top 12, along with BLACKPINK, GOT7, EXO, iKON, BTS, MONSTA X, IZ*ONE, NCT, Stray Kids, TWICE, and WINNER.

Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN is currently holding concerts in different cities for their "Ode To You" world tour, which kicked off with a three-day show in Seoul at KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, from August 30 to September 1. And last November 16, the male troupe has successfully conducted a concert at Istorya Senayan Jakarta in Indonesia. To date, the boy band has performed and met their fans in six cities - Seoul, Osaka, Aichi, Yokohama, Makuhari, and Jakarta.

SEVENTEEN will next have their concert on November 23 and 24 at Thunder Dome Muang Thong Thani in Bangkok, Thailand, which will be their last shows this year. The boys will resume their "Ode To You" world tour next year with their North American stops, starting with New Jersey on January 10.

Congratulations to SEVENTEEN for continuously winning awards!
