VIXX member Hyuk will be ending this year with a solo concert!

The concert venue will be at the MUV Hall in Hongdae, Seoul, and will take place on December 29. Hyuk will have two shows that day - the first one will kick off at 3 p.m. KST, and the other will be at 7 p.m. KST. Hyuk's performances will involve serenading his fans with his solo tracks released in the past years.

Hyuk's December concert will be his first-ever full-scale solo stage after more than eight years since he debuted as VIXX member in May 2012. The ticket selling for "2019 Hyuk Live Today" will be on December 3 for official fan club members, while the tickets for the public will go on sale on December 5. The last time Hyuk greeted his fans through a concert along with his VIXX members was way back in August 2016, when they completed their "VIXX Live Fantasia" tour with two shows in Seoul at Olympic Park Gymnastics Stadium.

Before making his official debut, Hyuk, alongside the other original five members of VIXX, was one of the ten contestants who competed in Mnet's survival show "MyDOL" back in 2012. Following the conclusion of the competition, VIXX debuted in May of that same year with the single "Super Hero."

The following year, Hyuk did more than just promoting their new album. He also appeared in episode 4 of SBS' drama "The Heirs" together with his VIXX members. The group also had their very first global showcase tour titled "The Milky Way Global Showcase," in which they performed in South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, America, Italy, and Sweden. In 2014, Hyuk continued his appearances in dramas. He had a small cameo role in SBS's "Glorious Day" along with fellow VIXX member Leo. Apart from series, Hyuk also joined the cast of SBS's reality documentary-show "Law of the Jungle in Brazil."In that same year, Hyuk and his fellow VIXX member N competed in "Hitmaker" and later on became part of the project boy group called BIG BYUNG together with GOT7's Jackson and BTOB's Sungjae. BIG BYUNG launched two tracks titled "Stress Come On" and "Ojingeo Doenjang."

Hyuk made his official acting debut in 2015 in the comedy-action movie "Chasing," in which he took on the role of Han Won Tae, a rebellious leader of a high-school gang. With his character in "Chasing," Hyuk received the "Best Action Movie New Performer Award."In 2016, Hyuk started writing and composing songs. He participated in creating the lyrics for VIXX's song's "Milky Way." The artist also gifted his fans with his self-composed track titled "Hug" for Lunar New Year. Earlier this year, VIXX held a fan meeting called "VIXX Live VTOYSTORY." Also, Hyuk made his solo debut with "Boy With A Start." He even played a role in a play titled "Forgotten Village" as a young professor who teaches at Law School of Seoul National University. The play took place at Chungmu Art Hall from February 22 to April 7.
