Yonhap News has reported on December 6th that there are 8 individuals, including Ahn Joon Young, who are involved in the manipulation of Produce 101 votes. The other personas are Kim Yong Bum, Kim and Kim which are Starship executives, Lee from Woollim Entertainment, and Ryu who used to work with 8D Creative. The 8th individual hasn't been named yet.

The 8 people involved in the incident have violated the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act through bribery. SBS previously reported that the PD Ahn Joon Young was bribed through sexual favors by the agency's representatives. Yonhap News also added that the representatives paid the program director anywhere between 10 million to 50 million won ($8,400 to $42,000).

Starship and Woollim Entertainment hasn't released an official statement yet. However, 8D Creative has informed the public that the employee is no longer working for them.
