On December 12, it was exclusively reported that several program directors who were recruited by YGE from MBC in 2017 will now leave YG Entertainment.

Kakao M has announced earlier this week that they have recently recruited MBC's program director Kim Min Jong from "Real Men." Following the announcement, several PDs that were all previously recruited from MBC were reportedly leaving YGE. The PDs were named as Jo Seo Yoon and Jae Young Jae. It was also stated that the newly recruited PD Kim Min Jong may leave as well.

The program directors were reportedly going to transfer and work for "E Channel." Industry insiders are expecting YG Entertainment to cut back their program productions following this incident.

Meanwhile, YGE's latest show "My Majoy Is Hip-Hop" produced by PD Han Dong Chul is still currently looking for a network it can broadcast in.
