EXO member, Oh Sehun, is an official owner of a building in Sangdo Seoul Neighbourhood, buying it for a large sum of money, which costs 3.35 Billion Won or approximately 2.9 million USD.

Furthermore, based on Eight Building Real Estate Brokerage Corporation, the building was a right spot for it was located on the side of Seoul Metropolitan, and 

On an official statement of the real estate agency as well, they explained that the volume ratio of Sehun's building is higher than the statutory building located alongside it, which means, the higher the volume ratio, the better the performance of a building. 

"The building volume ratio compared to the statutory building is 250:291.89 percent, in which the gain is approximately 4.89 percent." 

Thus, Sehun will not experience any difficulties in searching or looking for an occupant, for it was located near a major road, which means more people can see it.
