Although Korean music has already existed for many centuries, K-Pop just had the best limelight for the recent years as the whole world opened their hearts for the Hallyu wave. And more people have gotten to be so immersed in this idea, from fans and live broadcasts to awards show as groups embark on different places throughout the year.

But still, the essential part of this is music, and many fandoms have received so much love from their idols after 2019 by releasing songs and appearing on numerous music shows.

There are a lot of artists we also want to hear from for the next year, either because we haven't heard from them for a while or we want to look forward to what they can bring for the following years.

1. ITZY

After they thankfully received the Female Rookie of the Year in the recently concluded MAMA awards, this is the new group from JYP Entertainment. They have been known for exploding the K-Pop scene with a catchy song called "Dalla-Dalla," followed by the infectious electronic song called "ICY," the group has spread a massive amount of influence about self-confidence, and we look forward to continuing for next year and beyond.

2. GOT7

The seven-member group who is also managed by JYP Entertainment, who won their first Daesang (Performance of the Year), blessed Ahgase with two returns: SPINNING TOP: BETWEEN SECURITY AND INSECURITY and Call My Name. Their last comeback seemed to come and go, so we hope that in 2020 wehave something a little more developed and in the style of Present You & Me.

3. EXO

EXO-L received an explosive return from EXO this year even though they are currently six, they have recently released a new album Obsession and still managed to do what all the other EXO albums do. The fact that this comeback happened quicker between Tempo and Obsession than it was from KoKoBop to Tempo makes us hope that SM Entertainment will not make the gap so much next year.

4. HyunA

After being terminated from Cube Entertainment with former PENTAGON star E'Dawn (now promoting as Dawn) towards the end of last year, HyunA returned with the new single "Flower Shower" and reminded us that she still owns to be a singer in the industry. The song that explains and describes HyunA as she embodies it effortlessly, surely she'll do more releases next year.

5. BLACKPINK

Blinks are dangerous when they took a billboard in Seoul to list their needs for the group, as they felt that the artists had been under-promoted since Kill This Love. YG Entertainment has been alarmed since then and is now taking notes from what the fans what for the girl group. We already know that their return will be delayed until 2020; Hopefully, YG would let them do what they want.

6. BTS

The group has already dropped some spoilers that they are working on new music for next year. From their album Map Of The Soul: Persona to the reinvention of J-Hope by Chicken Noodle Soup until his historic performances at Wembley Stadium, 2019 has been a fantastic record for the group that deserves to be in history books. As always, we'll look forward to what they have for us for next year.
