In preparation for YG Entertainment's new rookie group, which is set to have their debut this year, the agency released the second set of member profiles, including Mashiho, Yoon Jae-hyuk,Asahi, and Bang Yedam on the 9th of January.

The new group, which is initially called "TREASURE 13", hereinafter called, "TREASURE," after the withdrawal of Ha Yoonbin, who was supposed to be the 13th member. The former member's contract was terminated on the 31st of December last year, and he will be setting his foot off to pursue being a soloist.

The group was a fruit of YG's search for talented boys, which was later broadcasted through a show, "YG Treasure Box." TREASURE was supposed to debut last year, however, due to controversies involving their agency, it was delayed, and it was just recently announced that the group is set to kick off this 2020.

 Meanwhile, YG Entertainment unveiled the personal profiles of the next four members through the edition of "TREASURE EDITORIAL vol. 1" via the official website. A day before the release, Choi Hyun-suk, Ji Hoon, Yoshi, and Jun Gyu's profiles were released, showcasing their charms and visuals. 

On the profile photos released, the four members featured their happy vibes, reflecting the freshness of a teenager and the fun of being a youth. Through these photos, Mashiho, who is looking so innocent while staring at the camera, catches many fans' attention. The said member came from Japan and was noticed immediately after fans become hooked with his sweet vocals throughout the show. He also showed his passionate side, which becomes a good point for the viewers. 

In addition to this, Jae Hyuk showed his bubbly side on his photo wearing a pink hoodie. He got the lowest rating for the show; however, through his perseverance, he was able to join the final line up. Then, Asahi, who has a flawless appearance, has been a promising composer since his middle school, which will become an edge for amazing songs that will be produced by the group in the future, together with his stunning tone.

Lastly, Bang Yedam, who was a trainee of YG at a young age upon taking the second runner up for "K-pop Star Season 2 showcased his perfect singing ability, as well as his skills on songwriting and composition, which made him took the first spot for the main vocal position. 

The group was the first boy group YG Entertainment will create after four years, following Bigbang, Winner, and iKON. A year od preparation, TREASURE was expected to set the standards for the new generation of Kpop idol groups, wherein YG, who was included in the BIG 3 of K-pop has set and one of the big agencies who paved the way for Hallyu to become world-renowned, through their successful history, of talents and recognitions. 

"TREASURE," which is a 12-member group coming from YG Entertainment, is expected to set fire on stage and charts this January 2020, so stay tuned!
