Entering the Hallyu world for the first time might be confusing to others, for sure, some idols have similarities, and it will take some time and effort to differentiate a celebrity to another celebrity. If it's hard for a new Kpop fan, what more if you are a non-Kpop fan? It would be a confusing assessment memorizing each idol's features to be able to say that they were indeed not the same person. 

In this matter, here are some Korean idols that were not the same person, but you will eventually mistake them as siblings or, rather, a twin. 

1. EXO Baekhyun and BTS V

Most probably, the most iconic doppelganger scenario in the Kpop world is the photo of Baekhyun, a member of the worldwide superstar group EXO, together with Taehyung or also known as V, who is a member of the Global Star BTS. During this photo, V was not that popular yet, and if you are a new fan, you might be missing out as well their "legendary family" together with B.A.P Daehyun, which shares the legendary genes of visuals. 

2.INFINITE Myungsoo and X1 Junho

Initially, both are from Woolim Entertainment (Myungsoo already left), and during MNET's music show, "Produce 101", fans and netizens notice trainee Junho back then who definitely looks like Myungsoo, or also known as L. From their eyes, nose, shape of face and eye smile, you won't be able to tell their difference not until you look closer!

3. Super Junior Heechul and SEVENTEEN Jun

Known as "little Heechul" or "Heechul's Son," no need for scientific evidence, for you have to look at their photos and see for yourself. 

4.I*ZONE Eunbi and Red Velvet Irene

Even before Eunbi's debut in her group I*ZONE, netizens were very fond of her due to her similarities with Red Velvet's Visual Goddess, Irene. Not only were they twins when it comes to their beauty, but both were also leaders of the group and shared the power of talents: rapping, dancing, and singing. 

5. SHINee's Kai and EXO's Taemin

Coming from the same agency, SM Entertainment, both were influential dancers of each group. Not to mention they are best friends; people also notice that they look like each other, and non-Kpop fans even mistook Taemin as Kai's mother!

6.Bigbang G-dragon and WINNER's Mino

If you don't look closely, you won't know... that they were different person. If you are going to YG Entertainment and you happen to bump with these confusing Kpop "twins," make sure to do a facial test first!

7.BTS Suga and SEVENTEEN Woozi

With their same color, same eyes, same smile, you won't even recognize that they are not blood-related or relatives. Their uncanny resemblance will make you think that having a doppelganger is real. 

8.StrayKids Hyunjin and ITZY Yeji

Having an interaction with the same stage during music shows, netizens then began wondering about the resemblance with Yeji and Hyunjin. Both have the "cat" or slanted eyes, and amazingly, they also have the same Surname. However, it was confirmed that they were not siblings, for Hyun-jin is an only child, while Yeji only has an older sister.

9.MAMAMOO Moonbyul and EXO's Xiumin

A pair of brother-sister twins, Moonbyul and Xiumin were not related to each other but it was undeniable that they really do look like each other. From their Bunny front teeth and eye smile, everyone can agree. 

10. SHINee's Minho and NCT Lucas (WayV)

Lucas and Minho, both tall, exudes competitive visuals, both were sporty, funny, rapping gods, and have the same substantial double lid eyes. Who would have thought that these two idols were, unfortunately, not brothers?
