The group SuperM will perform at the Tokyo Dome.According to their agency SM Entertainment on Wednesday, they will hold a live tour, "SuperM We Are The Future Live," at the Tokyo Dome on April 23.
Starting with Texas in November last year, SuperM has been performing under the same name in the U.S., including Chicago, Atlanta, Vancouver, and Mexico City.

The group will meet Japanese fans after touring Paris and London on July 26 (local time) and 28.The Tokyo Dome is called the "dream stage" for the singers, holding about 55,000 viewers. TVXQ, TWICE and BLACKPINK recently held concerts here.

SuperM debuted in April last year with a team of SM singers including SHINee Taemin, EXO Baekhyun and Kai, NCT127 Taeyong and Mark, and Chinese groups Wavy Lucas and Ten. Although it was a debut with existing fandom, it is considered somewhat unusual to perform at the Tokyo Dome less than a year after its debut.

They also consistently play in the U.S. and stand out. As its debut album of the same name topped the Billboard main album chart "Billboard 200" shortly after its release, SuperM became the first Asian singer to reach the Billboard top with its debut album.

On Wednesday, SuperM appeared on ABC's talk show "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and also performed the title track "Jopping" of their debut album.

"As soon as fans heard about the appearance of SuperM, tickets were sold out," SM said. "Even before the recording, a lot of fans gathered to watch SuperM and responded to the stage with cheers and clapping."
They first met with U.S. viewers in October last year when they appeared on NBC's flagship talk show "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." then the group later expanded their activities in November to enter the Americas tour.

The Los Angeles Times, a local journalist, carried an article highlighting the SuperM performance in Los Angeles on Wednesday.In the article, the LA Times reported that thousands of young K-pop fans waited for the Super Group's LA performance, which brought together the unprecedented number of top Korean pop stars, seven hours before SuperM was on stage.
