2NE1 CL celebrated her 29TH birthday this month and her girl group 2NE1 members Dara, Minzy and Park Bom did not forget to remember her on a special day. 2EN1 Dara even brought a lovely cake for her.

The sweet gesture was shared by Sandara Park on Instagram. She captioned it: "I ordered it myself while crouching down on the floor of the practice room~ I added a photo too."

In the photo, CL looks very happy for such thoughtfulness Dara showed. The cake is customized in to a heart shape with a photo of 2NE1 CL and some letter candles. The other 2 members of the kpop group even left their comments on the said post.

Minzy said: "Happy birthday. I will see you next time when you come home to Korea."

Park Bom said: "Happy birthday~~"

CL After 2NE1

Despite disbanding a couple of years ago, the popular 2NE1 members who made major hits across the world, continued to cherish their friendship. CL is the leader of the kpop group and now based abroad. It was even reported that she pursued an acting career in Hollywood through a small role in the movie Mile 22. However, the motion picture did not become a huge hit. She also sang her solo, "No Better Feeling" as a soundtrack for My Little Pony: The Movie.

What happened to CL?

Netizens were shocked when videos of CL surfaced on the internet wherein she massively gained weight. This caught huge attention among fans who consider her as a sexy Korean pop idol. It sounded unusual for Korean artists to attain such weight as it is reported that they follow a strict diet to maintain a slim-looking image among fans. However, according to news and stories, 2NE1 members disbanding made a huge effect on her career and her relationship with YG Entertainment. Some even considered her extreme weight gain as stress.

Nevertheless, after some time, she took to social media and said that her health is okay and she lost a lot of weight. Recently, YG Entertainment has been into series of scandals among issues like tax evasion and prostitution. As of the moment, it seems like 2NE1 CL already shed some weight based on Dara's photo.
