Earlier, YG entertainment had several press releases about the upcoming boy band TWELVE and BLACKPINK merch and photobook. Aside from that, they have revealed that in the middle of the year, a new set of K-Pop girls will debut. This may sound normal, but for those diehard fans of BLACKPINK, they want a surreal date as to when they will be back again. Some are asking for songs while others are saying that they don't want BLACKPINK collectibles or toys but the girls performing on stage.

Certainly, they feel that BLACKPINK upcoming comeback delays are due to the fact that YG entertainment is busy with the new girl group. One fan quoted on Twitter that:

"YG is launching a new girl group but they can't even manage BLACKPINK properly. BLACKPINK's comeback is long overdue. Please give them a full album or at least let them appear on variety shows and music programs. I f***ing hate YG."

Others are saying that they want new tracks instead of dolls or merchandise.

Why fans are becoming angry now?

One reason fans are acting like these angry and impatient of when is the real BLACKPINK comeback is that they are seeing a similar scenario in the past where 2EN1 had delayed re-launching and ended up disbanding in 2016 after BLACKPINK's first official appearance.

The hype of stardom that BLACKPINK is receiving among fans around the globe, only means that they have accumulated massive followers who have spent thousands of expensive tickets just to witness the performances. Some would travel far just to be in concerts. Others have saved their own money for the sake of fulfilling a fan's dream.
