On March 2, Park Ji Hoon's management released a statement about taking legal action against malicious comments on behalf of their talent. 

Here is the statement: 

"Hello, this is Maroo Entertainment.

We are once confirming again that the malicious defamation, rumors and hate comments are all false facts. Our talent, Park Jin Hoon, is being posted online with despise. 

We are informing the people who are reading this that under our management's policy we are titled to take legal action, utilizing all the feasible process to us against the hate comments and to the people who are spreading these comments, lastly, any actions that cause damage to our talent's reputation.= will all be sued according to the law. 

Please be informed that we will be pursuing severe legal actions. 

Our agency will be actively streaming all online activities of different communities through social media for spreading false rumors about Park Ji Hoon.

We sincerely ask the fans to please cooperate with us whenever they find any information that may help us sue those who are spreading false rumors.

It was on October 8, 2019, when Maroo Entertainment uploaded their statement trough their official SNS informing the public that they would take legal actions against defamation of character regarding their artist Park Ji Hoon.

The former WANNA ONE member and has been mistreated by the public because of his feminine look. 

Park Ji Hoon was produced by the TV audition program "Produce 101 Season 2." But his success leads the cyberbullies to abuse him by spreading fake rumors to stain his reputation, it is suspected that the haters are the supporters of his former competitors from the show. 

On March 26, Park released his debut album as a solo artist "O'Clock" with lead single "L.O.V.E." The Idols have also been picked to cast in a historical drama Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency that was aired on September 16.
