ELFs were filled with happiness as Super Junior's Heechul surprised everyone with an update on his social media accounts and even did a special episode on his YouTube channel #Heetube.

On Thursday, March 5, Heechul held a surprise live broadcast on the video streaming site, in celebration of his 15th anniversary as an idol since debut. 

In addition to this, he also updated his social account with his photos, such as his selfies holding a congratulatory cake while smiling directly to the camera. This is the first time he updated his personal Instagram page since the dating confirmation between him and TWICE's Momo. 

The male idol informed his fans beforehand that he will be taking a break from his Instagram account, saying, "I don't know if when will I be back in IG." ELFs are nonetheless overjoyed that he chose to open his account once again to celebrate his special day with Petals ( individual fandom name for Heechul).

Furthermore, he also showed up on his Weibo page with a photo, and he also updated his RED account with a picture of bok. 

During his live broadcast on his Heetube channel, he opened his 15th-anniversary cake, which he then revealed was a present from his fans. While opening his cake, Heechul catches up with his fans and viewers, talking about several topics, such as him being absent from social media for a long time. He also reminisced about the good old days with ELFs, and his life perspectives through the years. The male idol also about his weight with his fans. 

Several fans noticed he lost weight in a short span of time when they compared his appearance from shows like "7.7 Billion of Love" to his recent live streaming session that he did with Super Junior's leader Leeteuk.

Still, the idol looks healthy and is rocking his unchanging flower-like visuals. Heechul appeared on the video with an organic look, and his ponytail adds to his charm. The idol also shared that he is planning to grow his hair long until it reaches his collar bone. Surely, Heechul will be rocking the kind of hairstyle. He isn't dubbed as the 'Flower Boy Next Door' of Korea for nothing. 

On the other hand, while talking with his fans, Heechul expressed his gratitude to his supporters and also apologized, saying, "Once again, thank you, everyone. I can only say, "Thank you" and "sorry" to all of you. Nowadays, I've been caught up in an issue that's why I am apologizing."

After taking a break from the group and social media, Heechul has appeared on different shows. In an episode from "7.7 Billion of Love", it was reported by media, Knetizens that Heechul received several criticisms after Momo has been mentioned again. It was after he was asked if he has been doing aegyo to Momo. He replied with, "I don't usually do aegyo with my girlfriend, for I want to look manly to her."

Prior to this, a report claiming Momo was uncomfortable with the teasing about her relationship surfaces beforehand, which is why TWICE fans are more protective of their idol.
