Fans Think That BLACKPINK's Rose And Jisoo Are Being Disregarded By YG Entertainment

Fans claimed that BLACKPINK's Jennie and Lisa gets more endorsements and commercials. 

Indeed BLACKPINK is one of the most popular groups in the world of K-pop, but some fans assume that there have been some discrepancies when it comes to the member's fame and recognition. 

It was on March 4 when the K-pop girl group BLACKPINK became a hot topic on a Korean Media site. Discussing the obvious inadequacy of promotions for Rose and Jisoo, the Koreans compared Lisa and Jennie's consistency of getting offers from various brands, compared to Jisoo and Rose.

A netizen gathered all of Lisa's and Jennie's billboard advertisements, posters, and stands that are seen everywhere in Seoul, South Korea. 

Jennie has been chosen as a new face for Chanel Beauty and made her first pictorial for the famous brand with Harper's Bazaar Korea in January 2018. On top of it all, she recently had a pictorial with the global fashion apparel Calvin Klein.

Jennie was also chosen as Chanel's Global Ambassador after the brand gained a lot of attention because of successful endorsement. 

In January this year, she was also chosen as a new model for the South Korean Luxury Beauty brand 'Hera', owned by Amore Pacific. She was chosen because of her elegant, luxurious image, and confidence. Her first advertisement for this beauty brand was in February when the Red Vibe lip series hit the market. 

The product gained a lot of sales higher than the previous product that the company launched, because of the popularity of the products they were named after Jennie, as "Jennie's lipsticks." 

Aside from those brands, Jennie also has endorsed Samsung. It has been reported that this big brand has been captured by her sophisticated image. 

Born as Lalisa Manoban, Lisa is widely known particularly in Southeast Asia, as people are really captivated by her beauty. She has been chosen as the new muse for a French luxury brand 'Celine'. Also, in March, the quartet's main dancer signed an endorsement deal and became the new face of AIS Thailand. 

In May of 2019, Lisa also endorsed the technology brand 'Samsung' and became their model for their latest product the Galaxy S10 model, also in her homeland Thailand. Adding up is 'Moonshot', one of her cosmetic brand endorsements.

In spite of these successes, some K-netizens point out Rose and Jisoo have fewer endorsements compared to Lisa and Jennie. They also claimed that two other members are not being treated well by their management.

One online user was quoted saying, "Seriously, I don't know why they choose to hide Jisoo's visuals and Rose's voice just like that.

Another one posted, "If I were you, Yang Hyun Suk, I would give the same treatment to Rose and Jisoo because they are kind, good at singing, dancing, and have beautiful bodies.
