Goo Ho-In, the brother of the late KPOP Idol Goo Hara, who passed away late of 2019, is convinced to file a case against their estranged mother. This is what he said in an interview aired on March 11 in the program, "AccessShowbiz Tonight." Recently, Ho-In has expressed his misery over her sister and revealed the shocking truth about the claims of their parent who allegedly abandoned them.

He explained to the reporter the core reason why he is filing a lawsuit against their mother who is trying to claim half of Hara's inheritance. Earlier, he brought out on social media the abandonment done by their mom, when the KPOP Idol was only 9 years old.

This is his statement:
"I didn't want any noise over my younger sister's inheritance, but I feel it's truly unjust. I believe I have to protect her. After her funeral, our mother's legal representative came to ask for half of Hara's belongings. I can't forgive the fact that she hired lawyers."
This pushed him to do legal action. The lawyer's of their mother mentioned that even though she didn't have the parental custody over Goo Hara, she still has the full right over the inheritance of the deceased since the kpop idol is unmarried.
