On March 18, JYP Entertainment released a statement through its representative stating that TWICE member Nayeon wants to withdraw the restraining order that was issued against her foreign stalker, Josh.

"Nayeon chose to withdraw the restraining order against Josh, her foreign stalker. As of the moment, the case is now a civil matter. The reason for the withdrawal of the restraining order is that there have been some problems with its delivery. However, it will be in effect again once Josh is back in Korea."

"Even if Nayeon has chosen to withdraw the restraining order, the company will not withdraw our criminal charges against the stalker for business interference. Measures have also been made so that when Josh enters Korea again, the immigration officers will let the police know immediately. This way, he will be escorted from the airport directly to the police station," the representative added.
