The Korean Business Research Institute released an official statement on March 22, 2020, regarding the ranking list for this month's brand reputation for individual girl group members. The Institute designed a statistical criterion that includes the following indicators: Media coverage, interaction, communication, consumer participation, and community indexes of approximately 476 individual entries from different agencies and girl groups.
The Korean Business Research Institute publishes monthly updates for brand reputation rankings. March Rankings were garnered from data collection made from February 20 to March 21.
Jennie returns to the top as she was formerly the highest-ranking brand reputation in the individual female idol category for most of 2019. She stayed at first place for six consecutive months (January to June), claiming the spot on and off again in the latter part of the year. The vocalist and rapper's ranking fell down the hole as 2020 entered, finishing in 13th place. However, she regained momentum as she rose to 2nd place in last month's ranking.
In just a span of a month, Jennie, the YG Princess, doubled her index count for the Brand Reputation ranking on the month of March! The idol's total brand reputation index amounted to 2,429,988, which is 43.68% higher than her score last February which was 1,625,919. Her most used keyword index indicator included the following: "ad," "pictorial," "solo," meanwhile Jennie's highest-ranking related terms were "chic," "sexy," and "confident," this data was collected and analyzed by the organization from South Korea's general public population.
The rapper accumulated a percentage of 70.36% positive for her positivity-negativity consumer analysis. Her statistics with other key indicators are as follows: 1,084,157 for Participation index, 261,687 for Media index and 789,703 for Communication index and 29,444,178 for Community index.

Mamamoo's Hwasa placed in second, wherein she's the former number one last month, while Joy from Red Velvet finished in the third spot, with senior idol Taeyeon (ex-Girls' Generation leader) in fourth place! Hwasa accumulated a total of 1,627,478 for her overall brand reputation with Participation index of 936,646, Media index of 110,242, Communication index of 408,841 and Community index of 171,749.

Meanwhile, Joy garnered a brand reputation index of 1,572,905 with a Participation index of 450,403, Media index of 207,122, Communication index of 696,711 and Community index of 218,668. Lastly, Taeyeon's statistics resulted in a brand reputation index of 1,451,624, a Media Index of 207,679, a Communication index of 515,579 and a Community index of 220,159.
