WINNER's Jin Woo confirmed that he is finally fulfilling his duty as a citizen of South Korea. On WINNER's official fan club site, he shared a personal handwritten message on the 27th of March of which he shares the fresh news to them first.

According to a reliable source from his managing agency, YG Entertainment, Jin Woo's confirmation is true by saying, "Kim Jin Woo will enlist on the 2nd of April, as he revealed this through a letter to his fandom."

I'm writing because I have some news and I would like you to initially know about it.
Hm... I will be enlisting on April 2!
Although I will be away from our Inner Circle for some time, I will be healthy, courageous, and do well, so our Inner Circle must also their best of whatever they usually do and prioritize your health first! I hope all of you be well.
