Jessica owns BLANC AND ECLARE, and being the director of her own brand, the K-pop idol turned business woman and vlogger, shared a glimpse of her daily work life. On the 22nd of April, she uploaded the said vlog with the title, "Life as a Fashion Director." As of the moment, it already has over 380 thousand views and seventeen thousand likes among viewers.
Day 1
The vlog started with Jessica and her staff having a meeting as they discuss about the featured models for her brand. The brainstorming was done in a usual corporate setting with a mixed atmosphere of seriousness and fun. Aside from sharing ideas, the group can also be seen enjoying the sumptuous food in front of them.

Next, Jessica was seen screening models. She asked them to wear some clothes and do some poses for photo samples. Then, after evaluating, they called it a wrap up for the said event.

Day 2
On the second day, a meeting was again held and Jessica eventually started the session asking everyone to put hand sanitizers. This time, the girls are discussing about the shirt fitting and other details of the said clothing design. Jessica talked about the size, fitting and even the color of the garments. "Caps are one of the best sellers, right?" she asked. She even tried modeling for it too.

Day 3
On the third day, the meeting went on with the discussion of the models photoshoot set. Jessica is so hands on with the picking of the model's hairstyle and make up. The said campaign is called, "Happy Summer Collection."

Afterwards, she is seen with a stylist for her grooming. "Today's look! I feel like today's look is more on the vintage side. It's a bit like a main character from a 90's Teen movie," she said. Then, she headed to the set of the photoshoot as one of the faces for BLANC AND ECLARE. She also checked those raw photos from the said event.
"I had an amazing time today because we put so much love and effort in to this project. And most of all, because I got to work with amazing people that I love," she said.
