The day that fans have all been waiting for is now almost at hand, as Lady Gaga officially released the exact date of the launching of "Chromatica," which includes a track featuring the K-pop girl group BLACKPINK.

It was a huge buzz when the "Queen of Pop" Lady Gaga confirmed that the rumor about her collaboration with the phenomenal K-pop band BLACKPINK is, in fact, true after she released the tracklist of her upcoming album, "Chromatica." BLACKPINK is the featured artist in track "Sour Candy."

On Lady Gaga's official Twitter account, she wrote, "The journey continues. You can officially join me on #Chromatica on May 29." It instantly garnered thousands of "hearts" and retweets, plus tons of comments amongst fans.

"OMG GAGAPINK WORLD DOMINATION IS COMING," said another.

Aside from BLACKPINK, international icons Ariana Grande and Elton John are also part of the album. Lady Gaga's proven track record when it comes to popularity is something the world knows, and everyone is keeping an eye on it since BLACKPINK is also one of the most sought-after K-pop bands globally.

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga had expressed her excitement over the upcoming Virtual Graduation Ceremony, called "Dear Class of 2020," initiated by the former President of the United States, Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle. This is in cooperation with Reach Higher and YouTube.

Lady Gaga said on her tweet on May 6, "I'm so excited to speak to the class of 2020 with @BarackObama, @MichelleObama, @BTS_twt and many more incredible people as we celebrate your accomplishments in this graduate #withme livestream event. Tune in June 6th on @YouTube."

Among other artists who will participate on the said virtual graduation are Alicia Keys, BTS, and Kelly Rowland. Other prominent personalities, such as Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Former Secretary of State and Condoleezza Rice, will also grace the event.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK will officially make their most awaited return in June. According to Star News on May 4, the girls' album production is finished while the music video is in the works.
